ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. As part of a growing ServiceNow practice serving multiple clients, you will play a critical role in crafting robust solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with client needs and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, process reviews, and technical workshops with customer stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions including integrations and automation flows.
  • Design data models, ACLs, custom applications, and workflows in adherence with ServiceNow development standards.
  • Serve as the technical lead for project delivery teams, supporting developers and consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Review technical designs, custom scripts, and integrations to ensure maintainability and performance.
  • Build and promote reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to increase delivery efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership during presales, PoCs, and estimation exercises, as needed.
  • Keep up to date with ServiceNow features and advise clients on upgrade paths and enhancement opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • 8–15 years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on ∙ ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow core platform, custom app development, Flow ∙ Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
  • Experience with at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ∙ HRSD, or CSM).
  • Strong understanding of Glide APIs, Scoped Applications, and data security (ACLs, roles).
  • Proven experience with REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth2, MID Servers, and external system communication.
  • Ability to lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders. ∙ Familiarity with Agile delivery models, DevOps tools, and CI/CD in ServiceNow is a plus.

Certifications:

Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Architect-level certification (CTA or in progress)
